Noelle joined the Trust in 2025. As Legal Services & Litigation Counsel, Noelle provides litigation services and support in defense of Trust Covered Persons in regulatory, professional liability and other litigation matters. Noelle also provides various legal and risk management services on behalf of all Covered Persons. Prior to joining the Trust, Noelle was a Partner at TimberlakeSmith where she represented clinicians and hospitals in professional liability defense claims, as well as assisted and advised clinicians in risk management and regulatory matters, including HIPAA-related compliance.
